toy-dad and toy-jane, part 2

i blogged earlier this month about some new toys that jane got- a toy dad and a toy jane. we felt that the family was not complete, so yesterday we went to toys r us to get a toy-mom.

just like toy-dad, jane made up some wild adventures with her and her mom. but one adventure was just flat our crazy. this morning I walked into jane's room and saw this:

toy-mom was driving toy-dad's awesome minivan. at first I thought that maybe she was just borrowing it, but then I looked closer and saw that toy-dad was in the PASSENGER SEAT!

oh-heck-no.

i said, "JANE! WHY IS MOM DRIVING DAD'S CAR?! ONLY DAD DRIVES THE CAR!"

she calmly said, "its mom's car now."

WHAT?!

"mom drives the car, dad. dad can ride in the seat."

?!?!!

this is what i get for buying a mom-doll.
